Last week, we launched our brand new Autumn menu, introducing some fantastic seasonal flavours from our kitchen to your plate.
Head chef, Manuel Bissoli, has certainly showed off his skills by creating a selection of Autumnal dishes that represent true British favourites whilst encompassing subtle hints of his personal Mediterranean cooking techniques too. As always, most of our produce is sourced from local farms and suppliers within a 25-mile radius of The Kedleston and this is something we’re extremely proud of.
Highlights include the bacon, butternut squash and goats cheese tart, served with a tangy onion marmalade which complements the goats cheese beautifully. Likewise, the venison steak in red wine is a truly warming Autumn dish, served with dauphinoise potatoes and crispy leeks.
You can also now enjoy our Autumn menu for less, with our brand new Set Menu, available on Thursdays & Fridays from 12pm-3pm. Enjoy 2 courses for £17, or 3 courses for £22!
