In our restaurant, ‘The Stag’, we aim to source the finest seasonal ingredients from local farmers and artisans within a 25 mile radius, producing a menu that celebrates traditional cooking with a contemporary twist.

We also have some incredible herbs, fruits, and vegetables growing in our own garden too, so whether it’s Kedleston raspberries on your dessert or fragrant rosemary on your Sunday roast, you can rest assured that your ingredients have not travelled far to get to your plate.

Because of this, the menu’s you see on this page may be subject to slight changes depending on the seasonal produce we can obtain during the year.

IMPORTANT INFORMATON:
Bookings of 6 or more, and Special Occasion bookings, will require a deposit of £10 per person prior to your arrival. You will be contacted prior to your visit to pay this.
