Here at ‘The Stag’, we source the finest seasonal ingredients within a 25 mile radius. So this helps us to produce a menu that celebrates traditional cooking with a contemporary twist. We work closely with a variety of local farmers and artisans. Because of this, we are able to source fresh, seasonal ingredients throughout the year. We also have some incredible herbs, fruits, and vegetables growing in our own garden too! So we use our Kedleston raspberries on your dessert and our own fragrant rosemary on your Sunday roast to name just two. So you can rest assured that when drinking and dining here your ingredients have not traveled far to get to your plate! Because of this, the menus you see on this page may be subject to slight changes. This depends on the seasonal products we can obtain during the year.
