At the Kedleston Country House, we work closely with an array of local farmers and artisans who provide us with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Because of this, our menus change often to reflect the best of what’s available. We also have some incredible fruits and vegetables growing in our gardens, so whether it’s our Kedleston raspberries on your dessert, or fragrant rosemary used on your Sunday roast, rest assured they’ve only travelled a couple of metres to get to your plate!

Please note, all of our menu’s are up to date, but change frequently to ensure we’re featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients. There may also be times where ingredients are unavailable, and we will substitute these items for something else.

We have looked in detail at our kitchen procedures and although we have taken steps to control the unintended presence of allergenic ingredients in our food, due to the small size of our kitchen, and potential cross contamination from equipment and staff during food preparation, we cannot fully guarantee this.
