all contact details are correct.The information to the right is a guide to what happens
at this stage however, if you ever have any questions please do not hesitate to

    THE BOOKING PROCESS
    In order to confirm your booking, we ask that we receive your details in writing beforehand.
    Therefore please complete the booking form to the left.
    Once we have received your details, we will create your booking paperwork.
    This will be sent via the post and not via email.
    The Booking Paperwork will contain the following:
    General Planning Information.
    Vital information about your booking with a detailed breakdown of what is included within the chosen package.
    Arrival & Departure Details.
    A Payment Breakdown & Due Dates.
    Terms & Conditions.
    An Agreement Form that requires a signature and returning back to us along with your Booking Fee. We ask that this is returned within 14 days.

    PLEASE NOTE: As a legal requirement you are responsible for the booking and the organisation of the registrar to host your Civil Ceremony.
    Details of this will be contained within your booking paperwork.

    Once your signed Agreement Form and the Booking Fee has been received, its all systems go!

    We will acknowledge this with Confirmation Paperwork. Again this will be sent via the post and not via email. Please keep this for your own records. The confirmation will include the following:
    Confirmation of Booking.
    A Receipt of Payment.
    Details on our on-line Wedding Toolkit. A link to this will be sent to you via email also.
