We are extremely lucky to be situated in stunning Derbyshire countryside, surrounded by some fantastic walks. Just a stones’ throw away is National Trust Kedleston Hall, where you can take in the history and the views from the lake, or enjoy a stroll around Markeaton Park with its quaint tea rooms and garden centre. If a spot of shopping is more your thing, why not venture into Derby city centre? From artisan shops and boutiques in the Cathdral Quarter to high street favourites in the Intu shopping centre, we’re sure you’ll find a little retail therapy.
Due to the nature of our business, we cannot refund any cancellations made less than a week prior to your booking. If you do wish to cancel your stay with us, please communicate this with us as soon as possible.
Our phones can get busy at certain times, and we’re sometimes attending to weddings and functions, so the best way to contact us is via email on firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, or 4 days over weekends and bank holidays.
